ProTek© makes and sells Ski Racing Products designed by Ski Racers for Ski Racers. Every product is designed to provide superior performance at a reasonable price. Protek© was established in 2011 in Southington CT by Sean Florian with the assistance of Beth, Austin and Erika Florian. It is a family business. Our current product lines are Ski Racing Gloves and mittens, Ski Vices, Ski Grinders, and tuning supplies. Our plans are to create a full protective line of forearm guards and shin guards in Carbon, Fiberglass and Plastic. Currently Austin is retired from ski racing, and, has graduated from Clarkson University with an Engineering degree, and is competing Full time with the US National Skeleton Team. Erika is a full time student at Montana State University where she is competing with the Club alpine ski racing team, and coaching at Big Sky. Sean is currently coaching locally here in CT and is still actively racing Masters and in various adult ski leagues as well as coaching an evening SL clinic at Mount Southington, CT.
