Returns Policy and Procedures
If you are not completely satisfied with anything you order from us, return it in new, unused condition with all tags attached for a refund of your purchase price*
Returns will Not Be Accepted Without a Pre-Approved Return Authorization Number.
Requests for Return Authorization Numbers must be received within 10 days of receipt of products by the customer.

As an alternative, you can reply to your original order receipt: Received via email.
Please Include the following information in your request:
The Order Number that includes the items being requested for return: (5-Digit).
Description of the item(s), including product codes if available.
Reason(s) for the requested return.
Download Return Address Label Here:
Include the Return Authorization Number on the Return Address Label.
Return Postage is not included and is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the item(s) on the original order.
No store credit will be issued for returned items.
If you request a Return Authorization Number for an item(s) that included free shipping on the original order, we reserve the right to withhold our cost of shipping that item to you upon crediting your account for the return.

Our "Wrong Size" Policy:
Any Clothing item(s) (Helmets Inclusive Except for Race 3 Carbon helmet) ordered that are not the correct fit can be exchanged for a Different Size (Same Product Code: Style and Color).
ProTek will cover the shipping cost* to send the size exchange item(s) back to the customer.
*Available for Contiguous U.S. Shipping Addresses Only:
*Applies to Items Originally Purchased at Full Catalog Price.
The customer is responsible for shipping the original item(s) back to us for any exchange. We will ship the replacement item(s) via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (U.S. Addresses Only), at our discretion. If you wish to have the replacement item(s) shipped via a faster method, we will charge you the appropriate upgrade fee that is associated with our shipping rates.
Exchanging item(s) for a different product (including a different color style of the same product) is not considered a Wrong Size Exchange.
However, if the requested item(s) is available, we will consider an exchange at our discretion.
Shipping charges will apply and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange Example:
You order a blue race helmet in size medium.
It is too small, and you want to exchange it for a size large,
but also wish to exchange it for the red helmet in the same model.
If the red helmet is available in the requested size, we may do the exchange at our discretion.
As it is not the same item (different product code) as you originally ordered,
you will be charged a shipping fee to send the exchanged helmet back to you.
RACE 3 CARBON HELMETS ARE SPECIAL ORDER AND ARE NOT APPLICABLE IN THE EXCHANGE POLICY. HELMETS SHIPPED DIRECT FROM GERMANY ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGABLE, ONCE ORDERED THE HELMET IS YOURS BE SURE OF YOUR SIZE BEFORE ORDERING.
Approved exchanges for the same item will not incur a return shipping fee for the First Exchange Only. Returning exchange items to ProTek is the customers responsibility.
If you request a Return Authorization Number for an item(s) that included free shipping on the original order, we reserve the right to withhold the original cost of shipping that item to you via UPS Ground upon crediting your account for the return.
Product Availability:
Ski racing equipment is based on a seasonal inventory supply, so order early to guarantee availability of your items. This is especially true for race clothing, which is only available while initial supplies last.
Pricing Policy:
Since the majority of items are imported, price fluctuations may occur and are subject to change from our listed catalog price. Due to potential errors any information in our catalog or on our website (including pricing and product descriptions) are subject to change at our discretion and without prior notice.
