Shipping Information for Domestic Shipping Addresses

 

  • UPS Ground Transit Takes Up to 5 Business Days for Delivery.
  • Phone and Internet Orders are processed together, based on time of receipt.
  • Expedited Shipping Methods (UPS Air Services Only) will expedite processing time.
  • Your selected shipping method affects time in transit after packages are picked up for delivery.

 

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday and UPS is closed on the following Holidays. 

You will be supplied with a UPS Tracking Notification when your order ships.

  • UPS 3 Day Select (Lower 48 States Only: 1-3 Business Day Delivery Time)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (U.S. Only: 1-2 Business Day Delivery Time)
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver (Lower 48 States Only: Next Business Day Delivery)
  • UPS Next Day Air (Lower 48 States Only: Next Business Day Delivery)

 

*UPS Next Day Air Services Do Not Deliver on Saturday or Sunday
*UPS Real Time Shipping Rates are based on shipping addresses and package weight.

You can select any of these shipping methods that are listed in detail below:

 

  • Certain Items will only ship via UPS Ground due to Weight and Dimensional limitations.
  • These items will have one shipping option available: (UPS Ground-Weight/Size Restricted).

 

Use Physical Shipping Addresses ONLY when selecting UPS Shipping Methods:
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes (UPS will charge up to $15 for a redirect fee if a package is redirected due to an incorrect or incomplete address.) 
ProTek reserves the right to pass this re-routing fee on to you when this situation occurs.

If for any reason your package needs to be redirected, you may be charged for this added service at our discretion.
